Using Acre by Acre

By using this website, the game or the official server, you agree to these terms and to the community rules. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.

Beta and resets

Acre by Acre is still being built. The official server opens as a beta, and the beta world will be reset at launch: farmers, money and property in the beta don’t carry over. Things may change, break, or be rebalanced as we go, and the server may restart for updates (we give notice in the game and on this site when we can).

Playing fair

Don’t cheat, exploit bugs, attack or overload our services, or interfere with other players. Don’t use our services to harass anyone or to break the law. We may warn, mute, kick or ban players, and remove server listings, to keep things fair and friendly. If you think we got it wrong, write to us.

Community servers

Servers listed by players are run by those players. We don’t control them or their worlds, and we’re not responsible for what happens on them. A host who lists a server is responsible for it and agrees to follow the listing rules. Listings can be removed at any time.

Our content

The game, this website, the Acre by Acre name and logo, artwork and screenshots belong to Acre by Acre. You’re welcome to share screenshots and videos of your own play, and press and creators may use the press kit to cover the game. Please don’t suggest we endorse you, or use our logo for your own products.

Downloads

When the game is released, you may download it from this site for your own use. Download it only from acrebyacregame.com, and don’t redistribute modified copies.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep everything running and your progress safe, but we provide Acre by Acre “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or that progress can never be lost. As far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the game or our services.

Changes and contact
