Server rules.
A good neighbour makes a good valley. These rules keep the official world and the server list friendly for everyone.
On the official server
- Be kind. No harassment, hate, threats or bullying, in chat or in names.
- Keep it clean. No sexual or hateful content, and nothing illegal.
- Play fair. No cheating, modified games, bots or exploiting bugs. If you find a bug, tell us.
- Respect other farmers’ work. Compete in the market, not by spoiling other players’ fun.
- No spam or ads. Keep chat for chatting. No advertising, links to scams or flooding.
- Don’t pretend to be the team. Staff never ask for your account key or files.
For server listings
Anyone can list a server, with no approval step. In return, a listing must:
- use an honest, friendly name and description. Only the Acre by Acre team’s server may call itself official or verified;
- contain no links, advertising, or offensive or misleading text;
- report its real player count and version, as the game does on its own;
- be your own server: don’t list anyone else’s address;
- follow the law where it’s hosted. Hosts set their own house rules on top of these.
What happens if
Depending on what happened, we may warn, mute, kick or ban a player on the official server, by account and, when needed, by address. For listings, we may edit or remove a listing, or stop an address, a world or a server identity from listing again. Serious or repeated problems lead to permanent bans.
Report a problem
Write to support@acrebyacregame.com with what happened, when, and the server’s join code or the player’s name. To appeal a decision, reply with why you think it was wrong; a person will look at it.
